“DO NOT LET THESE COWBOYS IN YOUR HOUSE! Absolute shambles from start to finish. Firstly the bathroom suite they had measured up for did not fit so had to be reordered. Water was left leaking in the bathroom 3 times after they had left for the day, leaking through the light fitting in the kitchen and damaging my dining table, they did not use any dust sheets or any kind of protection for my walls or carpet, damaged the banister, walls and stained the carpet. When they were finally finished after 2 weeks (originally quoting for 1 week) is when the problems really began: 1. The worktop for the vanity unit had been cut at the visible end and not the wall end (see pictures) 2. The shower screen had been fitted on an angle and back to front with the drain holes on the outside so it leaks water onto the floor 3. The bath drain was loose and not water tight. 4. The shower was no straight on the wall and was damaged a lot during installation (looks worse than the old shower that was taken out) 5. The siliconing around the bath was poor, not water tight and allowing water to leak behind the tiles. 6. The panel covering the toilet cistern had been fitted with unsuitable fixings (unsuitable as in the fitters had broken them whilst fitting them and super glued them back together After many emails, even more excuses and a written complaint they eventually agreed to replace the worktop and rectify the other problems, however all they seem to have done is make things worse: 1. The shower is now even more damaged as the have just attempted to tighten more. 2. The bath overflow has not been fixed. 3. The sink has been put back into the new worktop on and angle. 4. The new worktop has not been fitted straight either. 5. The bath silicone has not been touched. 6. The vanity unit has been scratched and damaged whilst they were replacing the worktop. 7. I was told that the vanity unit panel fixings had been replaced with more suitable ones and that they had not been glued (the mark was supposedly a stress fracture). Really what they had done was remove the same fixings from the panel under the sink to reuse on the cistern side (these have already broken again) and replace the sink panel fixings with a solid bracket which cannot be removed. So I was lied too. 8. I was told that the shower screen could not be fitted any other way and they would check that it was the correct one that had been supplied to see if it could be replaced. One quick check in the instructions says otherwise and there is nothing that can be done about the holes that have been drilled in the wrong place. These problems have still not been rectified and the £100 I was told I would get "for all the trouble" I had been through has not materialised either. Please learn from my experience and do not use this company”
