Modernation is a Design & build company based in London, with an expert team that formed in 2020 to help homeowners rejuvenate their homes, transforming ageing houses into modern, comfortable and practical living spaces. Our business started out refurbishing houses to increase their commercial value, but after 10 years working in London we have now expanded our services to cater for homeowner's and private customers as well as housing developers. We have bought crumbling and tired properties to re-design, re-build and release back onto the property market. Modernation’s aim is to modernise and re-create aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior solutions to today’s space and energy housing considerations. Modernation work with end-users and home buyers as clients as well as the professional services offered by architects and structural engineers to fulfil - Your Design Needs.We are based in London and have already completed various projects on houses in Kingston Upon Thames and Wimbledon Park.
