We are Crosshatch, the exciting collaboration between residential renovation and build experts, Sanjay Parmar and Max Thakrar and multiple award-winning interior designer, Melinda Hill. We are a small and dedicated design and build team which are personally involved in every aspect of our client’s projects. We have grown our business on the premise that from initial consultation to the projects end our clients require budget conscious, intelligent design and build solutions. We are acutely aware of the influential role our work plays in the shaping a family’s quality of life. We are focused on creating uniquely defined residential builds which speak to each homeowner about what is important to them about the space they inhabit. Each project is carefully considered and exactly tailored to each client’s requirements. Selecting Crosshatch as a partner in your project does not require your project to be bound by a specific geography, budget, size or design aesthetic.Through our various collaborations, Crosshatch can offer a multi-disciplinary approach to each project. We work alongside a highly skilled and equally passionate and professional team of architects, structural engineers and joiners.As a part of our service we also exclusively design and manufacture bespoke one-off pieces made especially for individual clients. Whether it is a piece of furniture, stonework or glass work, we can make it happen through our relationships with highly skilled craftspeople in various fields.
