About GM Property Services (Leeds) Ltd

I started my construction career in 1989 with a large company, and did the bulk of my building, and roofing training there.

GM Property Services was formed in 1996 when i decided to form my own business.

I have worked for myself since then, and have always been hands on with the work, so you will always get me the owner of the company on site each day, this maintains the quality of work, and timescales quoted, and should you have any questions about anything im always about to ask.
I also have a good group of qualified, professional sub contractors that carry out additional skills for me that i'm not qualified to carry out myself, like, Electrical, Plumbing, and plastering work.

The type of work I carry out ;-

Alterations, Extensions & New builds
All pitched roofing, (concrete, slate, and stone)
All Flat roofing (built up felt, & GRP resin roofing)
Fascias, soffits, guttering, and down pipes.
Paving, fencing, general garden walling.
All general property repairs.
