He messaged straight away, was very polite and professional and gave us a time when he could come around, and a quote. Luckily, he was free the same day. He came over, checked out what needed doing, went to get the parts and was back within the hour to fit the new lock. All done, no fuss, no mess, just really great service, would highly recommend! :)”
