I need the mixer tap on my kitchen sink replaced. I have not yet purchased a new tap as was unsure if there are certain specifications for the tap. Also, the clearance underneath looks quite tight. The kitchen tap pipework is eaking from the joints , perhaps becouse of blockage on the pipeline. The flexi hose is full with water. New kitchen was install 3 weeks ago, May be building materials were dropped I the sink as I so some sand in the flexi pipe. The sink pipwork seem to be missing washers.
