Replacement of mixer kitchen tap

Clear blocked kitchen pipe (plunger does not clear) plus cap washing machine inlet to u bend under sink. Also tighten loose tap units

Stop tap under toilet needs replacement. Probably need to be cut at the pipe and a new flex part put on, although accessible it would be difficult to get spanners in and it would create problems trying to remove the toilet from the wall

I have taken a radiator off the wall for it to be plastered. The radiator was isolated first but it’s leaking. It’s very old pipes and the leak is actually coming from the bottom of the valve. Unable to just tighten it. The whole thing needs replacing as the boiler just keeps dropping pressure from the leak
