Looking to have all walls and ceilings skimmed on solid brick walls in a 1 bed old council flat.

Im looking for skim plastering , there is quite a lot of work depending on price could be full house or if too expensive the worst walls , ceiling etc at the moment I have very little furniture but will be furnished in the next month so better to get it done before if possible.

I need aprox 10 plasteeboards plastered in dover ready for painting on stud walls in a flat plaster is provided and will be oayed in cash on the friday of compleation if not earlyer

We need a window drip installed in the external render above the front facing upper bedroom window. Window can be accessed by ladder or self-build scaffold tower. This is to resolve a consistent leak where in heavy rain, water drips on the inside of the window. No other way the water is getting in (roof is fine, wall painted, window resealed etc). We're in East Folkestone. Thanks
