Moving into a new home, and before we buy we would like to test the state of the electrics as they were mentioned in our homebuyers report. I do not want to pay some of the extortionate fee's I have seen floating around for this, so please get in touch if you can do this for a reasonable fee and in a quick time frame. The maisonette is in Ware, Hertfordshire.

- Need to have electrical socket relocated 1.5m along same wall; replace with 2 x double outlets - Spur existing outlet and create 2 x double outlets 2m along the same wall - 2 new light fixtures and switches on wall (i.e. want a wall lamp either side of where bed will be). Assume spur from ceiling light and chase down wall. Above ceiling is loft so wiring should readily accessible.

The job should take no more than 20 minutes, as it simply require removing the old element and fitting the new one. Ideally, weekday evening 19.00hrs. Free parking after 18.30hrs Mon-Fri.

Move a BT main socket box from a shelf to a free space other than shelf.
Have an old electricity box in my home and cant isolate plugs / light switches. Currently if electricity cuts off I would have to call someone to get it back on so would like a breaker switch installed.
