Hi We have squeaky floorboards in the loft floor 4mx 4.5m . Need to fix this, no floor covering is laid , so floor boards and its screws are accessible. Same applies to two landings on the two flights of stairs ( total 6 steps) Thanks

We require the bottom part of our door frame to be changed as it is rotten, we would also like the door and rest of frame and sills on either sides to be sanded and painted. We also require the window sill next to the front door to be assessed, changed if needed (but it feels sound), sanded and painted with the rest of the frame.
