Looking for someone to build a false wall so electric fire can be fitted, and tv attached to new wall and chunky wood mantel, wood shelves fitted in new alcoves and 6inch skirting boards fitted around room. May need to work / around with other trades as radiator needs moved electrics need re organising and fitted and room needs plastered. Thanks

Reverse a kitchen door to open into the living room and not the kitchen. It's a wide door (81.5cm) so there's enough room in the door frame to fit it into the space but the door would need to be trimmed down in width and height and extra wood added within the frame. The old lock and hinges can be used and the door is already off the frame.
