Tried to fit water pipe for fridge it kept leaking tried a seal but made 2 holes need a repair and fridge pipe fitting

Supply and fot outside tap

Connect new bottle gas hob to external bottle . Hob to bottle about 3 metres... through external wall . Hob already in place , easy access for gas hose to be fitted , needs hole through wall. Thanks. Raman.

Can't undo outside tap bolt, I have tap bought already so tap just needs removing
