When flushing toilet horrible smell comes back up from sewers. Maybe an airlock issue or a blockage. Northumbria Water checked the sewers outside and they confirmed that there no blockages there.

A blocked toilet - doesn't appear to be clogged (maybe an obstruction in pipework?) which is affecting the sink and toilet water draining away. Main drain is fine and drain from shower and bath are ok.

Move 2 radiators in 2 different rooms from the side wall of the rooms to under the window. Wayrock flooring so happy to replace any damaged flooring. Also fit an outside tap into garage (cold water feed is right behind wall of planned location of tap)
