Old tap is leaking and swivel broken . Bought a new one which needs fixing.

To service Combi boiler(Vaillant plus)perhaps to empty the expansion vessel and to re charge it accordingly as the pressure keeps going up and there is water coming out of the discharge pipe outside and sometime the flue(pilot) goes off.
