We are purchasing a second hand property. Our survey report informed us there are Rodents and Bed bugs. Ground Floor with loose floorboards. First floor carpet flooring with one bedroom having floorboards. Second floor (Loft) carpet flooring.Garden at the back with Summer house and Shed. We are looking for complete pest control on the property.

We have had to empty a food a dry food cupboard as we found some sealed food that had been chewed through. We have laid Rat / Mice bait but can still hear noises We also think we can hear noises in the roof cavities on the ground and first floor

The property is a first floor maisonette so will need a ladder to access. The roof fascia end cover (bargeboard?) has fallen off and a pair of pigeons nested behind the fascia board, but not in the loft, earlier this year. There are now five or six pigeons which need to be removed, and access blocked, before they become a bigger problem. The area to be blocked is approximately 12" x12" max.
