Front room approx 4 by 3 some wall have a few bumps some of which will need to be filled and sanded.

Repair cracks and touch up one ceiling and one wall (in different rooms). Paint walls and woodwork - hall, stairs and landing and extension. Work between 14 June and 25 June.

Paint 2 walls of living room

Clean black mould, treat and paint 2x bedrooms approx 12x8 and 14x9. Lounge approx 15'sq and small hall in pinner . Tenants in purpose built flat. I live in Northern Ireland

Remove lining paper from one wall in. Bedroom and re paper and paint in magnolia
