Hi we have no hot water and I think we need the boiler re-pressurising. The boiler also has a timer on it that we are unsure how to work correctly! The boiler is a Santon premier Plus Unvented Pressure Water Heater.

3 central heating pipes under floorboards each approx 18" long need cutting off and replacing
