There is a bunch of external waste pipe work at the rear of the house that needs either repairing, removing or replacing (I'm really not sure). There is a waste pipe on the side of the house for a washing machine, dish washer and sink which runs round the back and is simply cable tied ontop of a gully which isn't level with the ground. There is another waste pipe from a bathroom, again to the rear of the property, which hasn't been correctly sealed and also doesn't stand straight against the wall. There is another pipe, which seems to be coming from the bathroom and for whatever reason comes out of the side of a roof for a bay window, which then joins onto the waste pipe, meaning there's a largish opening in the side of the roof. I would like the pipe removing and/or rerouted if possible. The bathroom toilet and freestanding bath also aren't screwed in and move freely, not exactly plumbing but if this could be sorted out in the process of the above that would be great.
