Replace old power shower

Spixworth - 1 toilet keeps refilling unless lever is pushed in cistern. 1 toilet seems to be working fine but water keeps dripping for far too long. Shower is not draining away quick enough even after plunging and using industrial cleaner (possible that new piping is needed)
