En suite toilet inms leaking

Equaliser valve fitted and wireless thermostat fitted

New rad required and poss installation of wireless thermostat

Need a leaking tap replaced i have the new tap and the fittings

Toilet water tank refilling too slowly.

Water supply pipes to be run down into new ensuite and waste pipes to be run alongside joists to external wall where existing soil pipe is

Boiler making funny noises but working

Thermostic valve on radiator has broken beyond repair. It’s leaking and causing a lot of water to flow in my lounge. Pressure dropped on boiler so boiler won’t work. I have no heating/hot water. Am elderly, 79 and disabled. Can you help please.

Replace mixer tap in kitchen and install small filter under the kitchen sink

We have 4, hopefully reasonably easy, small jobs that require doing ASAP Cartridge inside single leaver bath mixer tap has snapped. Leaver has separated from cartridge. Access is limited under bath which I believe will make replacing whole tap unit difficult and we are on a tight budget as i have recently been made unemployed, so if possible looking for repair with replacement cartridge. We need a new flush mechanism in our toilet, again ideally just flush mechanism rather than new toilet The old silicone sealant dug out from 3 sides of the bath and the bath resealed We also have a dripping mains tap, which I believe will just require a washer replacing due to us needing to constantly turn it on and off for months when ever we needed running water The bath, tap and toilet came with a bathroom set from b&q some years ago. The above four jobs need to be completed by this Friday 24th July at latest aa mother in law coming to stay! If i am happy with the quote and subsequent work there are likely to be further, potentially larger jobs on offer in the very near future.
