Remove existing bath (plastic), washbasin, wet heated towel rail and radiator and toilet. Install new suite (all sanitary ware supplied by client), including reversing position of bath and adding shower to bath, Installing new toilet (wall hung) at right angles to existing toilet, installing new sink unit a metre away from existing, and install new heated towel rail (wet system). Future work also possible as house is about to undergo total renovation.

LEAKS Leak from toilet cistern pipe, from under toilet in l shape, not sure of material (painted white). Have a bowl catching drips. URGENT!
