Run pipes to fit 2 radiators.

Jacuzzi bath to fit take out old bath cap off water in bath to allow floor to be renewed then jacuzzi bath to fit

Reposition pipes for radiators (2) currently running along wall to below floor. Also gas pipe capped above floor level taken below floor.

Replace old radiator with new one in bathroom

(Fix leaking toilet )

Turn on and replace a stop cock .

Got leaky radiator valve on kitchen radiator

Bathroom tap hot water sometimes run or trickle from tap other times is fine I suspect the tap

Water continously running into toilet basin. Have done tissue paper test, lined under rim of toilet and tissue wet

Toilet flush broke need quick fix

Bathroom taps leaking and need replacing or fixing. Potentially a leak in the U bend as well.

Toilet, Water running, replace cistern

To fix a leaking bathroom with shower.

To fix toilet flush valve.

To exchange old to new two bedroom radiators. Must be able to finish job.

My cold kitchen sink tap is leaking

Replace ceramic disc valves in Cooke & Lewis monobloc dual lever kitchen mixer tap. Have replacements already.

Toilet cistern is not refilling

Bad water leak in property. Managed by property

Remove bath, washbasin and toilet. Replace with new bathroom suite

Move washing machine to cupboard in hallway if possible

Can’t flush my toilet because because the water fill valve is broken.

Living room radiator and radiator in one bedroom will not heat up, need assessing and fixing please.
