Require a new bathroom trap to be fitted, existing is leaking slightly

My kitchen sink tap is leaking I have bought a new one needs replacing

Water leakage from kitchen ceiling

problem related with kitchen sink and washing machine pipes

Leak somewhere in bathroom upstairs into room below. Slow leak, not a bug emergency but needs fixing. Also need to replace downstairs toilet.
