If my thermostat is on 21/23 degree all the radiators are off . I need to turn the thermostat on 26 to make the radiators hot. The thermostat is located in the hall: even if I turn off the radiator in the hall, the radiators located in different rooms are cold ( if I leave the temperature on the thermostat on 21/23). Just if I turn the thermostat on 26, the radiators located in different rooms start getting hot. I am afraid my gas bill will come very high. The boiler is new because the landlord just changed it before I moved inside the property. I need the thermostat to be checked if it's working properly and eventually change it. The landlord will not cover the cost because he said to me to turn the thermostat on higher temperature to switch the radiators on.

Hi there, I am looking to tile the back wall of my kitchen, the height of the space is 45cm and then there are 5 sections and these are the rough measurements: 1) 190cm x 45 2) 25cm x 45 3) 20cm x 45 4) 90cm x 45 (with plug sockets) 5) 90cm x 45 (with plug sockets) I have these tiles: https://www.porcelainsuperstore.co.uk/elements-brick-matt.html would I need to supply the other materials or is this something you can take care of? The tiles are white and I would like the grout to be a dark grey, a shade lighter than black. Please can you provide me a quote and availability? I have photos for the job. Thanks
