Repaint a tenement living room walls ceiling and woodwork

my house needs a total paint

Hi there, I'm moving into a new flat in Marchmont and looking to repaint 3 rooms – 2 bedrooms (15'4" x 12'3" and 15'10" x 10'6") and a living room (20'0" x 12'9"). Nothing special – the walls are in good shape so won't need much prep, if any, and I don't need the ceilings, skirting boards, or cornicing painted, so it should be a pretty straightforward job. I'm not currently in the flat yet, but the wall height is pretty standard for a Marchmont tenement flat. Ideally we'd like to do the walls before we move our furniture in, so sometime between the 26th and 1st of September, but could do after that if needed. If you could let me know if that'd be possible and a rough estimate of long it might take and how much it would cost, that'd be great. Thanks so much! Patrick

Paint/Decorate 1 room, Sand down & wash walls

2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen /livingroom, plus ceilings to be painted. All the walls and most of the ceilings are newly plastered. Looking for a really professional job ( caulk along corners/ skirting etc) Will need a reference and examples of previous work please.
