Small job. Damage to top bedroom ceiling, when rain came through the roof last autumn. Exact repeat of what happened six years ago. An area of the ceiling is damaged and needs repair, and wallpaper and paint needs renewing. I don't think the whole ceiling need re-doing, perhaps just a strip. Third floor. It won't happen again as I now have a new roof!
