Some radiators are not heating up.

Hi I have a glowworm back boiler I’ve had a new thermocouple fitted but after 3 to 4 weeks after it was fitted the pilot light started to go out used to stay on for 30 minutes as it got worse now it’s 2 to 3 minutes it could be the thermocouple or it might be the oxygen depletion valve or could also be a sticking gas valve what do you charge per hour if you come out and do you have a standard fee also do you have a callout fee
