Boiler not working. Seems like you were servicing that boiler a while ago for a previous owner. However, I was not able to reach you by the phone number indicated. It's an old conventional boiler Alpha CD24S. I may need to change it for a new same type or combi boiler. But for now checking if there is anything to be done to make the old one work for a while.

The radiators come on but the hot water does not. Radiator is 18 months old. It is a Worcester Bosch.
