Flat has underfloor heating but can't get to work.

We have a Danfoss interface / with a comunual boiler controling the hot water & heating. Hot water is fine but heater is not working. Radiators do not heat up or heat up only to a certain temperature. Somebody has been round twice from Rydon to fix it says because we didn't use the heater in summer the valve got stuck. Doesn't look like a complicated problem to fix looking for someone reliable and honest engineer who can fix this issue.

At my gas meter there are 3 steel pipes departing. One of them supplies three old gas heating elements. I want to disconnect the part of the network that supplies these heating elements. Essentially, I want one pipe removed from a T-joint (cut the pipe so as to remove it from the T-joint and then cap the T-joint.

Pin timer on boiler does not work. Have been advised that a wireless thermostat is best to be installed so need a quote for that to be done. Also when I use the heating or hot water at full temperature, the boiler has to be reset.

Hello there, I'm having issues with my unvented hot water cylinder. More than a week ago, the fuse in the wall switch that is used to turn on the heating died. I tried replacing it but the moment I switched it back on, the fuse blew, the circuit breaker Tripped and I saw sparks coming from behind the Honeywell heating controller. I've also ordered a new Honeywell as there are burn marks on the back of it so it should probably be replaced and the wires that were connected to it are black too from the burn. Thank you

Basically it’s impossible to take a shower, when the taps are on the pressure seems fine, when switching to the shower the pressure is very low and the water is either scorching hot or cold making it impossible to tale showers. A little at my wits end here.

Boiler only heats water if heat is set to maximum and even then water does not continue hot for a long time. Water cannot be heated unless the heater is on at the maximum

A Lochinvar water heater needs to have a replacement PTR valve and a replacement thermocouple fitted. The PTR valve replacement may require slight modification of the pipe work to the Tundish if an exact replacement of the existing type of PTR valve can not be sourced.

Thermostat controlling underfloor heating (in kitchen) not working. Boiler, timer controlling boiler and thermostat controlling radiators all working fine.
