Combi-boiler overdue annual service and may be faulty as a leak somewhere in the system is resulting in me having to use the filler loop to re-pressurise the boiler every 3 or 4 days now. I also have a radiator which will not heat up and I suspect that one or both of the valves are blocked. Finally, as I have a noisy TRV in another bedroom I have decided to replace all three upstairs TTRV's and to that end I have purchased them as well as a lock-shield valve for the Faulty Radiator. All I need now is for an expert to install them at the same time as rectifying the faults and to bleed them and balance the radiators.
