Fit replacement high stat thermostat to old potterton boiler

Hello, Background: Currently, the boiler is upstairs (bathroom – front side), it is an old boiler – valiant, probably over 20 years old. The work We wish to install a new boiler Viesmann 111 W 35Kw (it has internal storage). This boiler will need to go downstairs kitchen (back side). the main gas meter is outside the back door, the property is semi-detached. The gas supply needs to be taken from this meter, travel within 4 metres and then enter the house, for boiler connection. A gas cooker supply is also required on the same side (same wall). For now, we are wanting only the supply and hanging of the boiler and the flue. This is required so that the kitchen can be installed. Some of the radiators are still to be changed therefore installation will not be finished at this stage. General advice is also required regarding removal of old boiler – this will be done by the builders. This information is being sent to multiple gas safe engineers – the most competitive quote will be taken. The job can be paid in cash or electronic transfers – all work needs to be certificated. gas boiler - baxi - combi. Error code E20. no heating or heating. Service was around 2 years ago. Also would like a service today if possible after repair
