GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE

Installation of new Combi boiler (Baxi Ecoblue Advanced) and conversion from open vented system to unvented. Remove existing boiler, water cylinder and re-plumb as necessary. Baxi Boiler and flue to be supplied by the customer. New boiler must be registered with Baxi by a Safe Registered installer after commissioning.

Gas fire will often not light the pilot and when alight will frequently cut off the gas and go out. This sometimes, but not always occurs when other gas appliances are on. Gas fire fully serviced November 2018.
