We are selling our house, however our buyers electrician made the following comments: External earth loop impedance test is coming in too high MK Fuse board will need updating ( Not RCD protected on all circuits, plastic instead of metal and too small for the property. most fuses are running 2 or 3 circuits) No isolation on kitchen appliances Circuit 2 has a low insulation reading (potential deterioration) Circuit 4 cable not big enough for the size fuse its on and could overheat Circuit 5 sockets have a high earth loop impedance Circuit 8 cable not big enough for the size fuse its on and could overheat At the very least we would like to upgrade the fuse box

I’m in 2 bed flat, light bulbs need changing to frequently and sometimes plug socket sparks. Looking for cheapest possible way to get flat checked. 1 room sockets in hard to get to.

To fix a junction box for outside lights and a power and light line to a garden shed about 70 feet from the house.

Light on outside fence, ( not working ( bulb or unit ? ). ) Spotlight not working, ( not the bulb )

Spotlight not working. External light needs bulb changing. Sensor in downstairs cupboard

2 sockets (in sequence) have stopped working. No visible damage behind either face plate. No urgency to job so can wait til post lockdown.
