Sockets not working

Electric heater in main bedroom not working properly. Its giving out a little heat from the bottom of the heater but the rest of the heater is freezing cold. It has a LCD touch screen display control. Please note that this is a housing association property but they have said that due to the pandemic they are currently unable to send someone out to repair the heater
