The previous workers did a really poor job regarding adding a new wire under the floor and passing the wire (and socket) through the kitchen island. They damaged the wooden floor and some parts of the window frame under the French windows where the electrician put a new wire; the floor now is a bit uneven because the wire underneath is a bit too thick. Now the new work to be done includes opening and replacing 3-5 pieces of wooden flooring (20cm*50cm each) and you might need to reduce the thickness of some of the planks to make the floor even. Before fixing the floor, you need to break down parts of the kitchen island in order to lay down the wire and resurface the wooden floor. The cracks in the wooden part of the frame under the French window also need to be repaired or replaced. Please see the pictures below. Please email us if you need any further information in order to provide us with a firm price. I would be a grateful if you could provide me with a fully itemised quote, including the costs of all materials, labour and tax. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

I’m looking to get a quote for the fit-out (shelves, railing etc) of an existing storage cupboard. The cupboard is 177cm (L) x 76cm (W) x 239 (H) In terms of what I’m looking for, it doesn’t have to be super smart as it’s not on display. Just lots of space saving and storage and boxing in of a condenser and electrical unit

My living room door does not shut. It previously had a perko concealed door closer which was taken out, it now just swings open and doesn't close. Not sure if I need a new handle and latch. Also need a new piece of elevated floor trim. At the moment there is a piece of wood that is on the edge of the kitchen floor and it is falling apart.

I am looking for a specialist staircase joiner to repair and replace stair parts to an existing cut string staircase in a Victorian terraced house built in about 1900. The existing stairs are creaking/squeaking and some of the treads and nosings are worn, so a complete new step/steps may need to be manufactured and fitted.

I am looking for a carpenter/joiner to come on-site to cut, mitre, glue and pin my dado rail into 19x wall frames/panels in 2 rooms. I already have the dado rail on site and I want them them made into a wall frame/panel to go on the wall plus the dado rail itself. The measurements for the 19 panels are: 86 x 61cm = 11 79 x 61cm = 4 56 x 61cm = 3 41 x 61cm = 1

Hello! I work as a set designer for a Creative Agency / Production Company in SE21(London) and I am currently building up my contact book for of carpenters etc. that I could call in when we have a heavy work load. We work mainly for corporate parties, photography / film sets, experiential events and in store installations. Most of the work would take place in our in-house workshop. If you'd be interested working with us, please send me a message and we could meet up or just have a chat over the phone. Let me know if you have any further questions or you'd like to know a bit more about how we work. Cheers, Jacob Mattisson
