I am an interior designer and the quote is for my client based in E3. - The wardrobe will be in a corner, being 1200 mm on one side and 1830 mm on the other side with hinged doors. The previous workers did a really poor job regarding adding a new wire under the floor and passing the wire (and socket) through the kitchen island. They damaged the wooden floor and some parts of the window frame under the French windows where the electrician put a new wire; the floor now is a bit uneven because the wire underneath is a bit too thick. Now the new work to be done includes opening and replacing 3-5 pieces of wooden flooring (20cm*50cm each) and you might need to reduce the thickness of some of the planks to make the floor even. Before fixing the floor, you need to break down parts of the kitchen island in order to lay down the wire and resurface the wooden floor. The cracks in the wooden part of the frame under the French window also need to be repaired or replaced. Please see the pictures below.
