I'm looking at having a wall knocked through from my kitchen to my dining room it's a supporting wall I'm thinking of leaving just a square around it so maybe not the full wall so it still defines the two rooms theres also the door into the dining room to block in aswell I will want it plastered and finished only where its needed thanks

Damp proof course done approx 18 years ago think it needs re doing getting some damp near front door coming up how much would a damp proof course cost it's a semi detached house

I have plans for a single storey side extension of 3 x 6.5 metres. Inclusive of a utility room and a toilet room. Requires foul drain manhole to be relocated. Thank you
