Good morning I am looking at having a wall looked at following damp issues, we have removed the plaster and would like a view as to remedial works to retain the structural integrity of the wall prior to other reinstatement works. I also have three separate 100mm soil pipes that I would like to explore lowering into the concrete floor and reinstatement of concrete slab in hallway following a flood. I would be able to show for estimates on Tuesdays only. Kind regards Nick Rosewell

Take down existing ceiling (including removal of existing resilient bars), install new soundproofing on ceiling including: sound isolation clips, channels, rockwool, 2 layers of acoustic drywall with MLV. Seal edges with acoustic sealent. Also worried about noise passing through walls, so would be happy to discuss possible treatments for that.
