All waste materials to be disposed of by the contractor. Full insurance must be provided before any work can commence. All quotes will include the price of materials included External- whole house 1. Replace all windows and external doors; 2. Entire house to be cladded in Marley eternity cladding; 3. All guttering, facia boards etc, to be replaced. Internal- whole house 1. Entire house to be replastered and repainted (3 coats of paint); 2. All electrics to be replaced and/or repositioned with new switches and sockets. Main bedroom 1. Retrofit flitch beams and lateral restraint straps; 2. Replaster and repaint; 3. Replace floorboards; 4. Reposition light fittings, switches, and plug sockets; En-suite 1. Refit the entire bathroom. Shower area to be waterproofed. Fully tiled. Hallway 1. Hallways on all three floors to be replastered and repainted (3 coats); 2. Electrical switches to be repositioned; Four Bedrooms on 1st floor 1. All rooms to be replastered and repainted; Bathroom 1. Existing bathroom, to be split into 2 smaller bathrooms, stud wall to separate them. New door to be installed for second bathroom; Staircases (two of them) and flooring on 1st floor 1. To be replaced and refitted to conform with building control; Open plan- ground floor 1. Whole area (150m2) floor to be relevelled and new LVT; 2. All walls and ceilings to be replastered and repainted; 3. All electrics to be changed and/or fixed; 4. Smoke and heat detectors to be hard wired; 5. W/C to be refitted; 6. New kitchen to be refitted and tiled.
