I have a basement level flat with a small alcove opposite my front door - I would like to move the front door and convert the alcove into a finished indoor space that matches the existing hallway. The space measures roughly 1m x 3m. There is no major structural work needed as far as I can see, though there is a drain that might need moving.

Thank you
