We need a general maintenance person to redecorate a 3 bed house and carry out minor refurbishments (eg hang doors, patch plastering, fit new fence panel, change light fittings)

Cut out existing fire-resistant plasterboard around recessed fireplace for gas stove, and fit some fibreboard fire board as specified by myself, as per gas stove instructions.

I am looking for a maintenance man who can turn around a rental property to re-let. Job includes (but not limited to) painting, fitting door handles, repairing a ceiling, trunking, laying a couple of floorboards, fitting a sealed unit, plastering, tiling, replacing decking and cutting grass.
