Following works to be carried out but they are not emergency.two of the double glazed windows requires new hinges,so the windows can close properly, a small gap at the bottom. One glazed unit in kitchen is slightly cloudy.like to replace. Two side glasses in the front door is cracked requires reglazing with similar type glass.
