Clear weeds in overgrown garden and reseed

Elderly lady needs basic mowing of small front and back lawn and hedge/edge trimming. Looking for 1-2hrs a month. Thanks

Clear old pots and rubbish left by previous owners, clear borders of weeds and dead plants, define borders and make low maintenance (bark/gravel), cut ivy hedges back... (We moved in a year ago and the garden had been let go - tried to get on top of it last year but we just don't have the time. Need it making low maintenance so we can take care of it ourselves in future.)

I need bedding for plants through your my fence, laying new slabs, keeping lights....
