The ceiling fan in bedroom isn’t working. The light is working via the wall switch, but it seems the remote is not able to get the light or fan itself to turn on/off. We’ve changed the batteries in the remote and the light comes on with the wall switch but the remote seems to be unable to communicate with the fan (to turn the light on or off and the various levels of speed on the fan).
