A basic CCTV drain survey on Spencer Street NR3 sufficient to identify any issues. It's for myself as a house buyer. The surveyor didn't have specific reasons other than it's an old Victorian house so considering / debating whether it's worthwhile based on cost to get some assurances.

To Repair a breakage along the drain pipe for the kitchen sink and the washing machine. And the drain pipe also needs unblocking because before the pipe got broken, drain water from the washing machine used to overflow the drain pipe and water being spilled off on the floor of the kitchen. The pipe is located inside one of the kitchen cabinet’s cupboards.

The 15 metre length of 100 mm pipe from the kitchen inspection hatch to the septic tank inspection hatch is blocked. It is a straight run.

CCTV drain survey of waste pipe leading from kitchen sink to drain outside kitchen window. The pipe work goes across from one side of the kitchen to the other (appx 4m) to the drain/manhole outside. I've had it unblocked recently but it doesn't seem to be draining properly.
