1) Fix a few floorboards where there is creaking and slight movement in bedroom, then fit 6mm plywood (so laminate boards can be fitted by flooring company). Room is 17sqm. 2) Fix wood flooring boards around door in lounge which have popped due to a leak. Also refix door strip.

Re-furbish sliding hardwood front gates (for motor exit). Necessary to be used to dealing with small rot areas avoiding further spread. Gates are within a simple metal frame so it may be easier to take them out of it. Also simple adjustments/repair to other garden gates

Hi. I’m interested in a quote for sash window repair. The property has 4 sash windows and one non sash window. All windows need woodwork sanded treated and painted and all windows need new locks fitted. One sash has a broken cord and needs fixing. In addition I’m interested in the price for draft proofing on all 4 sash windows. Thank you
