Install a new 30 minute fire door (FD30) to the kitchen and living room. The door to be hung on 3No, stainless steel hinges and an intumescent fire (and smoke) seal to be installed to the perimeter of the door or door frame). Seal glass panel above/adjacent to the door which will need to be upgraded to the same standard and incorporate an intumescent seal to its perimeter.

Spot clean down ( meths and fine wirewool) waterstained previously sanding sealant and Briwaxed 1880 pine doors (10 doors both sides) and reapply Briwax. Same to three shelves both sides and kitchen pine dresser top. 2 days work? Please note that not all sides are damaged and most water damage is on approx 1/2 of door face area.
