Would like a quote for removal of one load bearing and several non-load bearing walls and insertion of three beams to make an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. I can send over floor plans, drawings, and beam calculations that have been completed by a structural engineer.

Remove only chimney breast of 1st floor, leave ground floor and loft chimney breast. My neighbour has removed their chimney so I will need a steel beam rather to gallows brackets.
